Wednesday, October 21, 2009. April 13th 2009 was a sad day in Philadelphia. Harry Kalas, the hall of fame sportscaster, died in the booth hours before a night game was about to start. During his Phillies career, he called six no-hit games, six National League Championship Series, and three World Series. He was truly the voice of the Phillies and the sad day on April 13th, they were silenced. If the Phillies win the NLCS, will they win the World Series? I get so excited.
